The Old Orchard Otters Dive Team

The Old Orchard Dive Team is a member of The South Jersey Diving Association (SJDA), a summer diving program for swim clubs in the Southern New Jersey area. Registration

All divers must join both OO Swim Club and the OO Dive Team before beginning dive practice.  For club membership, please contact [email protected]

Diver's insurance through AAU is also mandatory before an athlete may practice with the coach or compete in meets. The fee is $14.

  • Please bring or email your AAU registration information to our Dive Coach, Garrett Kerr ([email protected]), or the Dive Team Rep, Dave Kerr ([email protected]).

To join the Remind thread for the OOSC DiveTeam, text @ooscd to 81010.  This will allow us to communicate updates such as practice cancellations due to inclement weather.

 

Practice Schedule

  • 5:30 to 7:00 for the entire season since Garrett will be working full time this summer and cannot do morning practices.

  • Qualifier 1: Sunday June 30th @ Wedgewood
  • Synchro Meet: Sunday July 7th @ Haddon Glen
  • Qualifier 2: Sunday July 14th @ Haddon Glen
  • Last chance qualifier: Sunday July 21st @ Old Orchard
  • 1-Meter Championships: Thursday July 25th @ Fox Hollow

 

 Garrett Kerr, Head Dive Coach

We are pleased to have our very own Garrett Kerr as the Old Orchard Dive Coach. Garrett has been coaching the Old Orchard Dive Team since 2019 and was an Old Orchard diver for 9 years. His accomplishments include finishing 2nd in the South Jersey Dive Association Championship meet for the 16-18 Junior Olympic division. Garrett is a graduate of Rowan University and competed on the Rowan University Dive Team.
