Stay fit with Aqua Aerobics for men and women EVERY Monday and Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. starting Wednesday, August 7th.
From water aerobic exercises to water walking exercises, working out in the pool is an excellent non-impact way to build strength, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility and burn anywhere between 450-700 calories a class.
The program instructor is our very own swim coach Anne McMonagle.

Class-Water Wellness (Joints in Motion)
Objective– This 45 minute class is geared towards beginners to advanced individuals wanting to improve their health and strength with a great cardio workout. Participants will perform low / medium combination movements to develop upper and lower body strength while improving their range of motion. This is a complete body workout along with toning.
Cost-$5 a person
Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Class- Hydro Blast (H2O on the GO!)
Uses- Noodles and Weights provided by instructor or bring your own!
Objective– This high intensity workout will definitely get you moving and the water splashing. Enjoy a cardiovascular workout intended for beginners to advanced individuals who seek to burn fat, strengthen and tone.
Cost- $10 a person
With great music at every class and a fun, experienced instructor, everyone can come for an evening of cardio, flexibility, toning and strengthening!
